Responsibilities
This is a unique hybrid role combining office management with development coordination. You'll play a central role in keeping our UK office running smoothly while supporting the Development team across multiple renewable energy projects.

Office & Operations
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations in the UK
- Manage office suppliers, vendors, and facilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with HR
- Maintain office processes, documentation, and internal coordination
- Support local HR and finance administration (invoices, coordination with
- providers, basic reporting)
- Organize internal meetings, events, and team activities & ESG Ambassador
Development & Project Coordination
- Support the UK Development team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Organize and maintain project documentation and tracking
- Help coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, authorities, landowners, partners)
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and project materials
- Support permit tracking and general project coordination activities
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in an office management, project coordination, or similar role
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or project-based environments is a strong advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent English skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while collaborating with international teams
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
