Do you want to gain international project experience while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment across the NCE region?

FairWind is currently looking for an HSE Officer to support international projects across the North & Central Europe (NCE) region. This is a project-based role working in a rotation system, offered on a B2B basis, ideal for candidates with initial HSE experience who want to develop their career in international project environments

Your qualifications

  • Initial experience in an HSE / QHSE role
  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent HSE qualification)
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site across the NCE region
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Basic IT skills (reporting, documentation, MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Valid driving licence

Your Role

  • Promote and support a strong HSEQ culture across project sites
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and client requirements
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety observations
  • Support project teams in implementing HSEQ procedures and best practices
  • Participate in incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate HSEQ documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on safety matters
  • Support audits and inspections as required
