Job Description
As a Pre-Installation Site Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to site teams before and during installation phases. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient working environment, coordinating logistics, and supporting both personnel and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to site personnel
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the site (office, canteen, supplies)
- Coordinate with local vendors (cleaning, security, accommodation, services)
- Organise accommodation, travel, and onboarding for new personnel
- Maintain personnel records, timesheets, and absence tracking
- Support document control (scanning, filing, basic document handling)
- Manage site-related purchases and office supplies
- Coordinate visitors and new joiners, including inductions and access cards
- Assist with site services and general logistics, including errands when required
- Maintain digital site handbook and basic project documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or site support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and general IT tools
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving licence (category B)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
