Job Description

Step into a key role within our international Financial Controlling team, where you will support essential reporting processes, work closely with colleagues across Finance, and grow your expertise in a collaborative, data‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the monthly financial close process, including basic reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of reporting inputs
• Maintaining and regularly reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up on open items
• Assisting with the preparation of management reports and consolidated financial overviews in line with Group standards
• Helping to ensure correct intercompany eliminations and cost allocations across Group entities
• Contributing to the ongoing ERP enhancement project by supporting data checks, simple testing tasks, and process documentation
• Cooperating with Accounting and Consolidation teams to ensure consistency between controlling data and statutory records
• Preparing supporting materials, presentations, and ad‑hoc analyses for the senior management
• Participating in improving controlling processes, tools, and reporting practices across the Group

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 - 3 years of experience in financial controlling, auditing, or financial analysis
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• Strong MS Excel skills, SQL basics is a plus
• Solid analytical thinking and strong numerical accuracy
• Confident communicator and a motivated team player
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative
