Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across international operations. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who can manage projects end-to-end, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work effectively in a dynamic international environment.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably within energy, renewable energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Higher education in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions proactively.
• Manage communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support commercial project activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Collaborate closely with operational and corporate departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support and guide junior team members when needed.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
