Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung des gesamten Personalaufwands und Kennzahlen, sowie Forecast Erstellung und Pflege
  • Verantwortlich für die Kontrollen von Sonderzahlungen, zurückgestellten Vergütungen oder sonstigen Incentive Schemes und entsprechender Caps
  • Verantwortung für CSRD Reporting Anfragen
  • Entwicklung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Managementberichten zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung auf Grundlage gesetzlicher Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss (HR, Wirtschaft o.ä.).
  • Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalbereich in der Finanzbranche
  • ​Ausgeprägte analytische und numerische Fähigkeiten.
  • Lösungsorientiert mit der Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und pragmatisch zu handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Termine auch unter Druck einzuhalten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten; Fähigkeit, Informationen auf allen Ebenen klar zu vermitteln.
  • Hohe Vertraulichkeit und Professionalität.
  • Fortgeschrittene Microsoft-Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
