- Du koordinierst erforderlichenfalls externe Kanzleien
- Du erstellst und implementierst Richtlinien, Leitlinien und Prozesse und führst interne Schulungen durch
Was du mitbringst
- Du bist Volljurist:in (mindestens befriedigend in beiden Staatsexamina)
- Du verfügst über 5-10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer international agierenden Rechtsabteilung
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Flexibilität aus und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich schnell in neue Rechtsgebiete und Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du hast Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge
- Du bist teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark und trittst sicher gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit MS Office, hast eine Affinität für Legal Tech Lösungen und AI-Anwendungen im Rechtsbereich
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
