Job Description

The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee EPC projects in Uzbekistan and ensure their successful delivery from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, controlling timelines and budgets, and maintaining the required quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPC projects from project initiation to final delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and scope management activities
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
- Control project budgets and support cost estimation processes
- Ensure quality assurance requirements are met throughout project execution
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor project status and support project delivery
- Manage project documentation and reporting using company systems and tools
Your Profile
You are a proactive and organised professional with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. You are capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on project objectives and customer satisfaction.
We expect that you:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in project management
- Have experience with project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and team coordination
- Have knowledge of budget control and project cost management
- Are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Hold a valid driving licence (Category B)
- Speak Uzbek and Russian fluently and have a basic command of English (min. B1)
- Are willing to travel to project sites when required
