Global Portfolio & Funding department is looking for an Innovation Portfolio Specialist.
What you will do
- Supporting the governance, coordination and execution of EDP's global innovation portfolio,
- Ensuring the effective preparation of executive materials, portfolio monitoring, stakeholder engagement and the successful operation of innovation governance forums,
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies,
- Supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis, reporting and structured communication,
- Being close EDP's innovation ecosystem, including innovation portfolio management, funding initiatives, executive governance processes and collaboration with business units, external partners and innovation leaders

What are we looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in PMO, project management, consulting, business analysis, portfolio management or similar functions.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards and performance tracking materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across different teams and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented mindset.
