Join our Group Legal team as a Legal Counsel and develop your expertise in corporate governance within an international renewable energy company.

Corporate governance and corporate housekeeping will be at the core of your role, while also giving you exposure to financing projects, M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and a variety of in-house legal matters. Working closely with experienced legal professionals, you will support companies across multiple jurisdictions and contribute to strategic initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of corporate governance activities across our international group, helping ensure our companies remain compliant, well-organized, and ready for future growth
  • Managing the full corporate housekeeping agenda, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, statutory filings, and corporate records
  • Coordinating with courts, notaries, public authorities, and external legal advisors across multiple jurisdictions
  • Maintaining and enhancing our internal corporate governance systems and processes, bringing structure and transparency to a dynamic international business
  • Supporting strategic corporate projects, including acquisitions, restructurings, financing transactions, and the establishment of new entities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and commercial agreements related to the Group's activities
  • Providing practical day-to-day legal support to teams across our renewable energy and clean-tech businesses
  • Helping shape internal policies, guidelines, and governance standards that support sustainable growth and effective risk management
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and translating them into actionable recommendations for the business
  • Working closely with senior legal professionals and business stakeholders, gaining exposure to high-impact legal matters across Europe and beyond

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree in law
  • Approximately 1-6 years of relevant legal experience, either in a law firm or in-house environment
  • Strong interest in corporate law, corporate governance, and commercial legal matters
  • Ability to work with legal documents in English and Czech; professional English and Czech proficiency is required
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an international environment
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn new areas of law
  • Experience with renewable energy, financing, M&A, or multinational corporate structures is an advantage but not required
