An unserem Standort in Hannover unterstützt du uns als Werkstudent (all genders) im Bereich Office Management bei vielfältigen Aufgaben. Dabei übernimmst du frühzeitig Verantwortung, bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse ein und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Arbeitswelt eines innovativen Unternehmens, das die Energiewende vorantreibt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden Post sowie sorgfältige Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Kolleg*innen
  • Vorbereitung der Eingangsrechnungen in unserem Rechnungssystem
  • Unterstützung des Office Managements bei Bestellungen, der Terminorganisation, der Planung von Teamevents sowie der Beauftragung externer Dienstleistungen rund um den Bürostandort Hannover
  • Betreuung der Pool-Firmenfahrzeuge am jeweiligen Standort
  • Verwaltung des IT-Equipments vor Ort einschließlich der Organisation von Rücksendungen
  • Unterstützung bei der standortübergreifenden Buchung von Reisen und Veranstaltungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist in einem wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Studium oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung immatrikuliert
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Assistenz- oder Office-Management gesammelt und verfügst über sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst, gehst sorgfältig mit personenbezogenen Daten um und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du bist offen, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert und überzeugst mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse müssen mindestens auf C1-Niveau sein, um bei uns im Team aktiv mitarbeiten zu können
  • Verfügbarkeit: ab sofort, für ca. 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche (min. 3 Arbeitstage) und zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet mit Option auf Verlängerung
