Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Student Worker to support team members in our Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) team with various administrative tasks. The IR & BD team at CIP is a global, high-performing unit responsible for all investor interactions and business development activities-from product and fund development to fundraising and client engagement. The team comprises approximately 60 professionals globally, with backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, and law. You will be also a part of a broader Executive Support team, working closely with a Personal Assistant.

Role

Based in CIP's Munich office, you will support both Munich and Zurich teams and play a central, confidential and coordinating role both internally and externally. You will be the closest go-to person for your team in providing broad administrative support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and deep insight into the renewables and finance industries.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to

  • Organizing and maintaining calendars, ensuring alignment in daily schedule, and keeping calendars up-to date.
  • Supporting with broad office management tasks in Munich
  • Organizing travel arrangements and logistics and ensuring that roadshows are going smoothly
  • Providing broad administrative support, e.g., managing incoming inquiries and scheduling meetings.
  • Managing administrative tasks (filing, copying, printing, scanning, binding, and expenses) and streamline office operations, procedures, and events.
  • Maintaining and updating internal fundraising reports and CRM systems

Please note that it is a part-time job.

You

We are looking for a 2nd-3rd year Bachelor's or 1st year Master's students with a keen interest in starting a career in an international high-paced office environment. You are motivated, thorough, and resourceful, with a high level of integrity and able to handle confidential material discreetly.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to balance responsibilities in a busy environment across various projects with changing priorities.
  • Ability to grasp the big picture at the same time being thorough with high attention to detail.

  • Resilient, service-minded, proactive, and with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
