The Transfer Pricing Intern will support the Transfer Pricing team in the day-to-day management of transfer pricing matters across the EDP Group. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in international taxation and transfer pricing through participation in compliance, documentation, data analysis and transfer pricing planning projects.

The intern will collaborate with team members in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, data collection and analysis, benchmarking activities and support for transfer pricing audits and other tax-related procedures. The role offers exposure to transfer pricing matters across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, North America, LATAM and APAC and contributes to the continuous development of transfer pricing governance within the Group.

What you will do

  • Support the preparation, update and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies and supporting files across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in gathering, validating and analysing financial and operational data required for transfer pricing compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Support the monitoring of intercompany transactions and help ensure consistency with the Group's transfer pricing policies.
  • Assist the team during transfer pricing audits, tax inspections and information requests from tax authorities.
  • Conduct research on transfer pricing legislation, OECD Guidelines, tax developments and relevant case law under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR and other business areas to collect information required for transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
  • Support transfer pricing projects related to intercompany services, financial transactions, business restructurings and other strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, summaries and other materials to support the team's activities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
  • Interest in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.
