Intern / Working Student - Human Resources Administration & Reporting Support (m/f/d)

As part of our HR team, you will support a variety of administrative, recruiting, and reporting activities while gaining hands-on experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support in preparation and maintaining HR reports and dashboards using Excel
  • Support in optimizing Excel files, formulas, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems and data quality
  • Support HR administration and maintain employee and candidate data in HR systems
  • Assist and provide administrative support
  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities and ongoing HR projects

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • First practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly strong Excel skillset is mandatory
  • Confidence in working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in both English and German (min C1) is mandatory
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
  • Desired start date before October 2026
  • Work permit must be in place
