You'll be part of Central Europe & UK HR Operations, where you, together with your colleagues, will form the backbone of the HR function in Ørsted.

Your primary focus will be supporting our UK workforce, while also providing support across other countries within the Central Europe & UK region as business needs evolve. You'll be responsible for supporting HR activities within your dedicated area, as well as contributing to global initiatives and projects where required.

As a team, we are a dedicated group of 11 professionals who value trust, collaboration, and practical solutions.

You'll play an important role in

  • serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing Tier 1 HR support and guidance on HR policies, processes, and administrative matters
  • supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including people data management, promotions, organisational changes among others
  • maintaining accurate HR master data across HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SAP, ensuring data quality, compliance, and timely processing of employee changes
  • managing HR administration activities for the UK workforce while supporting other countries across the region when required, including during absence and holiday coverage
  • collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, Employee Relations, managers, and other People & Culture stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

To succeed in the role, you

  • bring solid HR administration experience and a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
  • have excellent prioritisation and workload management skills, with the ability to manage different priorities simultaneously
  • demonstrate problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities, including the ability to ask the right questions and interpret employee and manager needs
  • have a customer-service mindset and stakeholder-focused approach, with an interest in creating simple and practical solutions for complex processes
  • work effectively both independently and collaboratively, showing flexibility to support multiple countries and different HR process areas, with previous experience supporting UK employees and managers considered advantageous.
  • communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally
  • additional languages are a plus.

Position salary range

For this position, the expected base pay range is zł9,000.00- zł11,500.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
