Job Description
Ulteig's Project Management Services team has an opportunity to hire a Project Coordinator, this role works with Project Managers to assist with the coordination, certification, completion, and client relations for engineering projects. This position requires keeping a diverse team on target to deliver a successful project and becoming the Project Manager on small projects.

What You'll Do
- Development and maintenance of system project records, schedules, budget plans, and resource plans for Project Managers.
- Administration of project contracts (including subcontracts), invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Provide project status updates utilizing tools like Planview or any other related software.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain project data integrity across different systems.
- Project status, cost, and profitability reporting and analysis.
- Project cost accounting.
- Project document organization, control, and management.
- Coordination and scheduling of project meetings and support of Project Managers.
- Development of meeting agendas and minutes in support of Project Managers.
- Coordination of project deliverables in support of Project Managers.
- Assist Project Managers with other general responsibilities and tasks as delegated.
What We Expect from You
- A bachelor's degree or 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Must be bilingual English-Spanish (C1 level).
- Scheduling experience and experience with resourcing or resourcing software are preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Primavera P6 Scheduling
- Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with adaptability and agility in responding to dynamic situations and challenges.
- Demonstrate the ability to be organized and set priorities to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills based on the type of work assigned.
- Consistently produce results that meet goals, have high work standards, and understand the business environment and processes.
- Strive for individual excellence by seeking challenges and self development, demonstrating high levels of expertise, and showing commitment, self-confidence, and integrity.
- Must have strong quantitative skills with the ability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions, database queries, and other analytical tools.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in Costa Rica.
