Join us as a Junior IT Support Specialist and become an important part of our IT Support Team, helping colleagues both locally and across our foreign offices.

In this role, you will provide first‑line support to users throughout the entire Group, ensuring their systems run smoothly and their issues are resolved efficiently. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with people, and developing your technical skills in a supportive environment, this is a great place to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to end-users
  • Purchasing, installing, and configuring hardware and software
  • Keeping our IT inventory up to date and organized
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and digging into the root-cause analysis
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Documenting technical issues and solutions to build our internal knowledge base
  • Collaborating with the IT Team to keep systems running smoothly
  • Assisting with testing and roll out new tools, software, and hardware
  • Managing user accounts and security settings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Solid knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and basic Active Directory
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Understanding of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS etc.)
  • Excellent Czech and a communicative level of English
  • Curiosity about new technologies and a willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • A team‑player mindset with independence and responsibility
