Your duties

We're happy to introduce a key role that supports our growing commercial and project operations across Greece. As our Contract Manager - Greece, you will play a central role in safeguarding the contractual lifecycle and enabling the successful execution of our energy projects.   • Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to signature, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and project requirements.
  • Review contractual terms, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies in close cooperation with legal, finance, and project teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and EPC partners to clarify obligations and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contract performance, key deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
  • Act as a contractual point of contact during project execution, supporting smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Maintain structured contract documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Your profile

  • Experience in contract management, commercial coordination, or project administration.
  • Solid understanding of contractual structures within EPC, energy, or technical project environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an organized, structured way of working.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
  • English C1 and Greek C1; other European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with negotiation basics, legal terminology, or project workflows is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
